Je mange déja du quinoa (grains) , j'ai eu envie de testé cette recette, qui contient de la farine de quinoa. On n'en trouve pas en grande surface mais dans les magasins BIO. Sinon avant j'avais déja goûté au fromage blanc, je trouvais pas ça terrible.&lt;br /&gt;C'est sûr celle là, je la referai! J'aime la feta , et je l'ai remplacé ici par 1 yaourt de brebis. Les couper en deux dans la longueur. Les placer sur la grille du four pour 30mn à 150°C.&lt;br /&gt;Verser le miel dans un moule à bords lisses pouvant aller au four. Ajouter la gousse de vanille coupée en deux dans la longueur. Faire caraméliser, puis retirer du feu. Disposer les demi-tomates dans le moule.&lt;br /&gt;Etaler la pâte en rond, à la taille du moule, la piquer puis la poser sur les tomates.&lt;br /&gt;Mettre au four pendant env 35mn à 180°C&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Verdict : à refaire mais sans le miel, car je l'ai trouvé trop sucré à mon goût. Je garde une grande rondelle entière, je coupe les autres en quatre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;les tomates&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Je les pèle et les coupes en morceaux&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;à la poêle&lt;/strong&gt; , &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;à feu moyen&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;je fais revenir les aubergines en morceaux dans un peu d'huile pendant 5mn, je baisse le feu, j'ajoute les tomates. Les creuser (avec l'économe c'est bien). Garder la pulpe.&lt;br /&gt;Les faire cuire quelques minutes dans l'eau bouillante. Les équeuter et les couper en deux. Les dénoyauter. Dans un saladier, mélanger la &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;farine&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, le&lt;strong&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;sucre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; en poudre et le &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;sel&lt;/span&gt;. Y incorporer, peu à peu, les&lt;strong&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;œufs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; entiers et le &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;lait&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;froid. Mettre les cerises dans un plat à gratin légèrement &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;beurré&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. Y verser la pâte dessus. Ajouter la &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;maizena&lt;/span&gt; et la &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;crème fraîche&lt;/span&gt; liquide.&lt;br /&gt;Mélangez le tout. Disposer les abricots sur le fond de la pâte. Ajouter 3 cuillères de &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;crème fraîche&lt;/span&gt;, mélanger et étaler sur la &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;pâte&lt;/span&gt; préalablement déroulée sur un moule à tarte. Dans un saladier, cassez les &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;œufs entiers&lt;/span&gt; et ajoutez &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;les jaunes&lt;/span&gt;. et le &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;sucre&lt;/span&gt; en morceaux dans une casserole, jusqu’à dissolution du sucre.&lt;br /&gt;Laissez tiédir et versez dans une assiette creuse&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;. Dans une autre assiette creuse, battez les &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;œufs&lt;/span&gt; en omelette.
